We’re looking for a Business Services Manager to play a pivotal role in how Amuri Irrigation Company operates and presents itself. This is a senior, hands-on position that sits at the heart of this small organisation, supporting the CEO, Board, team, shareholders, and wider community.

This role is expected to be 30–40 hours per week, with flexibility to agree hours with the successful candidate.

You’ll be responsible for strengthening internal business systems and processes, leading company communications, overseeing IT and HR functions, and ensuring our outward-facing materials reflect who we are and what we stand for. As a member of the Management Team, you will play a key coordinating role while remaining closely involved in day-to-day delivery.

You’ll have:

• Strong professional experience in business services, communications, administration, or a related field

• Excellent organisational skills, sound judgement and strong attention to detail

• Proven ability to manage interconnected systems, processes, and information

• Confidence working with and integrating digital tools, including emerging technologies such as AI

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• An affinity with the agricultural sector and rural communities

• The ability to work in New Zealand
